This Online Application for Testimonial / Official Transcript is NOT applicable for the following students/graduates:
  1. HKBU graduates (Sub-Degree and Undergraduate Level) who graduated in or before 1985. Please submit your paper application in person, by email, by fax or by mail. Please visit the AR website to download the application forms.
  2. Students (non-graduates) of below programmes of SCE and students/graduates of postgraduate level should make your application at the relevant office:

  3. BNU-HKBU UIC current students and graduates should submit application for transcript at BNU-HKBU UIC. This online application system is only applicable to BNU-HKBU UIC graduates for applying testimonials. To apply for testimonial, BNU-HKBU UIC student number MUST be provided.

Important Notes

  1. For online application for testimonial / official transcript, application fee must be paid via online VISA / Master / UnionPay Card / WeChat Pay (for P.C. only) payment system and a copy of your HKID card / Passport or Student Card (in JPG / JPEG / PNG / PDF format) is required for verification purpose.
  2. Should there be any request for changes after the issuance of the testimonial / official transcript, a fresh application with appropriate payment will be required.
  3. The application will be processed only when ALL supporting documents and fee are received via the online system. NO REFUND will be given under any circumstances.
  4. You will receive an acknowledgement email upon successful application and online payment. If you do not receive our acknowledgement via email, please check with Academic Registry before resubmitting your application.
  5. Please be aware that uploading irrelevant supporting documents or filling in inaccurate information may result in prolonged processing time.
  6. To avoid postal errors, please make sure the address(es) of the recipient(s) is / are accurate. Academic Registry bears no responsibility for any loss or damages of the testimonial / official transcript during postal delivery.
  7. If you request to collect the testimonial / transcript at Academic Registry, please note that it will be kept for 6 months only after the issue date, and will be disposed of thereafter.
  8. If you would like to apply for both transcript and testimonial be sent to the same recipient, please make separate application and indicate the request in the application.
